Our foundation was created in 2006 by Dr. Maya McNeilly and her husband, Barry deVille, to honor Maya’s parents who both personally and professionally dedicated their lives to helping others.

We are a nonprofit, charitable foundation (501 c 3) promoting efforts in the areas of health, education, healing arts, social services, culture and the environment. Our mission is to foster and expand initiatives and leadership that promote humanitarian efforts.
